PC Support If you are looking for a career as an IT technician, then you could do well by starting your career in PC support. The proliferation of small networked installations of business computers means that there are increasingly more people who use computers who have no technical knowledge, and need to find technical support.

PC Support Education

With this increased demand for trained technical support, many institutions are offering courses that are helpful in this area. You may decide to get yourself some good academic background, and study for a two year or even a four year Bachelor's degree, so that you understand the principles of the technologies involved in PCs, and you have the knowledge to be able to update yourself as the technologies develop.
